Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: TelfordSalary: £48,000Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (12-hour shifts - days and nights) The CompanyWe are working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its engineering and production capabilities. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. The RoleAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability and minimising downtime across a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical fault finding on production and plant equipment Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Support continuous improvement and reliability projects Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Requirements Electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments Strong fault-finding skills on electrical systems and control panels Experience with PLC fault finding (desirable) Ability to work effectively within a shift-based team What's On Offer £48,000 salary Panama shift pattern providing excellent work-life balance Overtime opportunities Company pension Training and development opportunities Stable, long-term career opportunity If you are an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure role within a growing business offering strong earning potential and career development, we would love to hear from you.
