Position: Group HR Advisor

Job Purpose
To provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and adherence to policies and legislation. Key responsibilities include employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, managing the upkeep of HR policies, and supporting recruitment and talent management. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Core Responsibilities
1. Employee relations:Advise managers on resolving employee relations issues, managing cases such as disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence, and supporting formal meetings and investigations.
2. Policy and compliance:Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and consistently applied. This includes providing advice on current employment legislation and developing new policies.
