Keep up to date with product knowledge training to pass on up to date information to customers to support their buying decisions. Follow processes and policies in line with expectations. Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills. Experience of effectively prioritising workload to achieve team goals and objectives. A passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area. Knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity and the ability to identify local community growth opportunities to their Store Manager.
