Business Development Director – Creative Content Production Agency – London/Hybrid Are you a Business Development Director looking for an exciting new opportunity? DNA Recruit are working with a Forward-Thinking Creative Content Production Agency to find them a seasoned Business Development Director to help drive its ambitious growth across the UK market. Known for delivering end-to-end marketing production solutions – from 3D CGI and AI-enhanced content to social, video, and print – this agency is expanding its presence and wants someone who can open doors, nurture relationships, and secure six-figure partnerships. You’ll be joining a dynamic, international team and working closely with senior leaders across Europe to develop new business strategies and bring impactful marketing production solutions to life. Resposiilities Lead new business acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and converting high-value opportunities. Build strong relationships with client prospects, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals, pricing models, and scopes of work. Drive the pitch process from initial contact through to onboarding and early growth phases. Stay actively involved post-onboarding to maintain momentum and explore further opportunities. Contribute to the agency’s wider commercial and growth strategy. Skills and Experience Required 8–10 years’ experience in business development and client service, with a strong foundation in marketing production or creative services. A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, particularly within agency or marketing production settings. Solid understanding of 3D CGI, marketing content workflows, and emerging technologies including AI and automation. A strong existing network of senior marketing decision-makers within brands. Fearless in approach – confident with cold outreach, pitches, and winning trust quickly. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a sharp commercial mindset. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
