Job Title: Water Hygiene Administrator / Coordinator

Salary/Benefits: £25k - £31k + Training & Benefits
Due to recent expansion, our clients is seeking an organised Water Hygiene Administrator / Coordinator to assist with the daily management of company communications. You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries from clients and engineers, and providing administrative support to members of management. The ideal applicant will have experience of managing a company diary and will have a positive telephone manner. Our client is a medium-sized outfit, who can offer great base salaries, in addition to development opportunities and usual company benefits.
Ideally, applicants will be located in: Bristol, Keynsham, Saltford, Yate, Thornbury, Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Frome, Radstock, Clevedon, Portishead, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury, Street, Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare, Taunton, Yatton, Nailsea.
Experience / Qualifications:
* Must have experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
* Strong organisational skills
* Comfortable liaising with clients directly
* Ideally will have some knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Good time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in the use of IT software, including the Microsoft office package
The Role:
* Supporting the overall running of a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company
* Arranging appointments and managing a diary for site staff
* Answering client enquiries in a timely manner
* Liaising with internal departments to chase project updates and discuss progress
* Processing invoices and quotations
* Maintaining the company’s database and booking system
* Providing general support to members of management and Directors
* Being a key point of contact for clients and engineers
* Working to set SLAs and KPIs
* Representing the company in a warm and professional manner
