The opportunity
The department deal with the full spectrum of family work including:
* Divorce and separation
* Private children work
* Civil partnerships
* Pre and post nuptial agreements
* Domestic violence and injunctions
* Adoption
* Mediation
About you
* 4+ PQE in family law (with higher rights)
* A positive and proactive approach
* Confident, passionate with excellent communication skills
* Experienced in undertaking own advocacy
