No direct residential experience is needed were looking for people with transferable skills from roles such as supported living, adult care, youth work, or education. About the Role You'll be supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated learning difficulties in a safe, stable, and nurturing residential setting. You'll help them build life skills, grow in confidence, and enjoy new experiences like theatre trips, sports, arts and crafts, and countryside walks.
