Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Package
The Opportunity:
Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to join their project team on a major residential development in Central London, valued at over £100 million.
This is a critical role requiring strong leadership in design coordination and a deep understanding of compliance in line with the Building Safety Act. Prior experience working on High-Risk Buildings (HRB) is essential.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale RC frame residential schemes
* Strong knowledge and application of the Building Safety Act and HRB compliance
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams through all phases of the project lifecycle
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with a Tier 1 or tier 2 contractors or developers on complex, high-value projects
