What youll do
Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, meals, and mobility support.
Offer practical help around the home
cleaning, shopping, cooking, and companionship.
Support health needs such as taking medication (with training provided).
Encourage independence, wellbeing, and social connections.
Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure the best care.
What were looking for
A kind, patient and respectful approach.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to safeguarding.
Experience in care is helpful but not essential
full training is provided.
Requirements
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths preferred.
QCF Level 2 Diploma desirable (or willingness to work towards it).
Driving licence desirable.
Enhanced DBS check required.
