Basically you'll be working for 6 months of the year!! What a selling point?> :) Our client, a busy bread and cake distribution centre located in the heart of Rugby, is seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join their team.
These roles support increased operations in the lead-up to Christmas, with ongoing work available for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic .
Requirements: Valid Reach Truck licence
Proven experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse environment
Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
Reliable, punctual, and committed
The business does operate a Target based pick rate - You will be monitored and expected to Pick to a certain level within the training / trial period
