Role will be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. Quality takes an end-to-end connotation and must straddle both legacy and digital systems. Key Responsibilities :
* Leading and managing end-to-end testing strategies across core ServiceNow modules—including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog
* Lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions by leveraging deep product expertise and prior implementation experience. Ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business needs and governance standards.
* Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.
* Coordinate with SMEs, BAs, tech leads, and vendors to ensure test coverage and traceability.
* Ensure compliance with quality frameworks such as TMMI or similar.
* Monitor test progress, defect metrics, and reporting using Zephyr and other tools.
* Mentor QA analysts and foster continuous improvement in testing practices.
* Prepare and oversee test plans, ensuring schedules align with project milestones and resource availability
Key Skills and Experience :
* Experience in leading and managing end-to-end testing strategies across core ServiceNow modules—including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
* Very good knowledge of each Service Now Modules workflow ( ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD etc)
* Strong multiple stakeholder management skills, including 3rd party vendors.
* Well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies, adaptable to iterative development cycles, and actively participates in Agile ceremonies.
* Prepare and oversee test plans, ensuring schedules align with project milestones and resource availability
* Extensive experience in ServiceNow testing and ITSM workflows.
* Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA and codeless automation frameworks or any other automation tool.
* Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps, Zephyr).
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot automation issues.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
