The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to progress and convert a strong, pre-landscaped pipeline across Germany and wider Europe, with some exposure to UK partnerships. This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Progress and convert an existing qualified pipeline across Europe
* Own the partnership lifecycle from engagement through to contract and onboarding
* Build trusted senior relationships within ticketing and live events
* Lead commercial proposals and negotiations
* Represent TicketPlan at relevant industry events
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Skills & Experience
* Proven business development or partnerships experience
* Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous)
* Ideally with experience working within ticketing, events, venues or platforms
* Strong commercial and negotiation capability
* Comfortable operating across multiple European markets
