About the Role As a Test Analyst, youll play a key part in the software development life cycle by running manual and automated tests, writing test plans, and contributing to software quality across a range of systems. Requirements Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Minimum of 1 year in a software testing or QA role with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience using tools such as JIRA for test tracking and bug investigation High level of IT literacy and confidence using multiple systems - proficient in Excel, particularly with formulas Strong attention to detail and methodical approach Good documentation skills with a willingness to learn and develop GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths Desirable: ISTQB Foundation Certification (or equivalent) Background in customer-focused environments or customer service Experience in IT/software environments If youre looking to grow your career in a flexible, collaborative environment, wed love to hear from you; apply to join us as a Test Analyst today.
