Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Organisation Design and Development to join a leading regulatory body on a fixed-term basis. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver organisational design and development strategies aligned with corporate objectives
2. Lead cultural and behavioural change initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance environment
3. Oversee frameworks for learning and development, change management, and performance improvement
4. Partner with senior leaders to optimise operating models, structures, and processes
5. Coach and mentor the OD&D team, building internal capability and ensuring continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
6. Extensive experience in HR leadership with expertise in organisation design, development, and change management
7. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, delivering innovative solutions
8. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of managing complex change
9. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills at senior levels
10. Professional HR qualification CIPD) and/or coaching certification desirable
Location: Hybrid – Birmingham office at least 1 day per week
Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract (with a possibility to extend or go permanent)
Pay rate: Up to £78,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Hybrid working
