Receptionist/Student Services Administration Officer – Salary: Band 2 £25,185 to £25,583 FTE (actual salary £15,387 per annum). Working Pattern: Term time plus 1 week (39 weeks). Contract: Part-time 5 days per week, 25.75 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible. Closing date: 9am Monday 20 October 2025. Interview Date: Friday 24 October 2025.
Our school welcomes diversity and values respectful interactions between pupils and staff. We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Student Services Administration Officer to provide a welcoming environment for our School community and to support the delivery of Student Services.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, dealing with queries face to face and via telephone.
* Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
* Provide administrative support for student-facing duties, including attendance monitoring and maintenance of student records.
* Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate good organisational skills, adaptability and the ability to work to deadlines.
Working pattern and hours
Available to work: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.15am to 1.00pm; Thursday and Friday 8.15am to 2.30pm.
