* Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments are received.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
* Handle queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
* Prepare and send regular statements and reminders to clients.
* Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve account issues.
* Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow to the finance team.
* Support the wider accounting and finance team during audits or reviews.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
