Responsibilities: We lead stakeholders through change by mapping current versus future processes, building buy-in, and guiding teams through adoption. We facilitate clear decision-making across commercial, finance, operations, and site leadership. We plan communications and training tailored to different audiences, including project accountants, QSs, site managers, and finance teams. We own end-to-end delivery, including scoping, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. We run effective project rhythms such as kick-offs, show-and-tells, and risk reviews, while managing RAID logs and keeping delivery on time and on budget. We build practical dashboards and reporting that support confident day-to-day decision-making. We act as trusted advisors on project accounting, subcontractor management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration. We translate real-world construction needs into robust system designs and simple, usable workflows. We measure outcomes such as adoption, cycle times, and reporting accuracy, then iterate to deliver lasting results. We guide configuration across core areas including projects and job costing, contracts, purchasing, AP/AR, time and expenses, and cash management. We oversee data migration, including job histories, subcontractors, suppliers, valuations, retentions, and contracts, with a focus on integrity and reconciliation. We coordinate integrations with common UK construction tools such as Procore, Autodesk/Build, Eque2, COINS-adjacent platforms, field time-tracking, and AP automation tools. We carry out configuration and data migration tasks when needed to unblock the team and keep delivery moving. We provide direct line management for junior consultants, including regular 1:1s, objective setting, delivery coaching, performance reviews, and wellbeing support. We mentor the wider team and contribute to playbooks, templates, and training. We conduct value-led demos and discovery, shape statements of work and estimates, and contribute to presales and marketing content. We present at customer forums and collaborate with partners.
