Responsibilities
As Civils Site Manager you will take full responsibility for managing all civil engineering aspects of a major industrial building project in Ireland. You will oversee groundworks, drainage and structural elements, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress against the programme.
* Maintaining strict health and safety compliance on site.
* Ensuring the smooth running of the site and keeping track of the programme while performing all daily site duties.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in civil engineering site management, ideally on industrial or large‑scale projects.
* Strong knowledge of groundwork, drainage and structural elements.
* SMSTS certification, CSCS card or Safe Pass.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel and stay away in Ireland when required.
