Your role and responsibilities
As Partnership Manager, you will co‑coordinate delivery of existing projects and develop new opportunities within the Sustainable Suffolk workstream. Hosted by Suffolk County Council, you will be working in partnership with all Suffolk Councils and many other public sector organisations to achieve the goal of net zero carbon emissions.
You will be implementing projects to support carbon reduction within individual homes, communities, and businesses, supporting a Sustainable Suffolk.
* Co‑ordinate the partnership, keeping all organisations engaged and informed.
* Manage and oversee the implementation of multiple projects, including the line management of a small team.
* Innovate and identify sources of external funding to increase the impact of the partnership.
* Develop partnerships, synergies, and connections with a wide range of stakeholders to implement objectives.
* Ensure data collection and monitoring is in place to provide decision makers with appropriately detailed information.
* Effectively manage resources and procurement of goods and services.
Qualifications
* Experience of leading multiple projects in a multi‑partner environment.
* A track record of working collaboratively, building relationships and a network of contacts to deliver the best outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills to engage partners and facilitate behaviour change.
Willingness to learn and grow is valued, even if applicants don't have all the technical expertise yet.
