Key Accountabilities Provide a friendly, professional front-of-house service alongside our existing receptionist and Office Manager. Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams. Book, prepare, and maintain meeting rooms; ensure rooms are set up, tidy, and equipped. Support daily administrative tasks including post handling, ordering supplies, and maintaining reception areas. Assist in coordinating office deliveries, contractors, and visitor access. Maintain visitor logs, security passes, and ensure compliance with office procedures. Provide holiday and absence cover for the Office Manager when required (training will be provided). Support wider office operations to ensure a smooth and well-run workplace. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills with a warm, professional manner. Confident multitasking in a busy office environment. Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when needed. Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Positive, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Knowledge & Qualifications Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred not essential Experience handling calls, visitor management, and meeting room coordination is beneficial. Personal Attributes Friendly and approachable with strong customer service instincts. Calm, confident and composed, even during busy periods.
