Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer with strong video editing and social media expertise who can hit the ground running from day one.
This is a fast-paced role requiring someone confident in delivering high-quality creative output with minimal onboarding, supporting ongoing campaigns and content initiatives immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of engaging visual content across digital and social media platforms.
Edit high-quality video content optimised for various social channels (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Design compelling social-first creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, content and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Adapt and repurpose content quickly for multiple formats and platforms.
Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone and messaging across all outputs.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a Senior Designer role with a strong focus on video editing and social media content.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of social media trends, formats and best practices.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Highly proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of projects immediately.
