Our Project Managers are responsible for planning and tracking programmes for multiple clients. They act as the first point of contact, building strong relationships both internally and externally. Projects vary from small coaching sessions to large-scale blended learning programmes using our online products. Responsibilities Include:
Attending client meetings, liaising with senior clients, and building professional relationships. Organising and managing client events. Creating and updating materials for training, delivery, and business development. Managing online projects from start to finish, coordinating with colleagues, developers, and clients. Responding to and troubleshooting queries from program participants. Managing project finances, forecasting, tracking costs, and invoicing. Supporting the Senior Project Manager with complex, global, multi-phase projects. Setting out project plans, creating budget trackers, and managing risks. Resourcing internal consultants and managing engagement with partners and suppliers. The Team
