What we expect from you:
Our Deputy Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
* Monitor and analyse commercial and productdata to improve the sales and productivityof your store
* Oversee the store’s operational tasks
* Motivate and develop your team
* Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
