Role Overview: Alternative Heat are seeking a highly organised and proactive Subcontractor Coordinator to manager and oversee the tendering and onboarding process for subcontractors within our Data Centre and Decarbonisation projects. This role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of outsourcing packages of work, including sourcing, evaluating and onboarding subcontractors aligned with our project requirements and business objectives. It includes issuing RFQs, evaluating technical and commercial submissions, and supporting final award decisions. The position also focuses on sourcing and onboarding new subcontractors through thorough due diligence checks, ensuring compliance with HSEQ, financial, and company standards. Strong relationship management is key, acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors throughout both tendering and execution phases. Additionally, it requires maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring legal and contractual compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement by enhancing subcontractor management processes and identifying opportunities for innovation.
