We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pensions Assistant to join our Payroll team, supporting over 19,000 colleagues across the business. What you’ll be doing:
* NMW checks on a periodic basis, administer pension requests, opt-outs, and changes across multiple payrolls.
* Assist with Pensions Auto-enrolment tasks, reporting, and compliance with The Pensions Regulator.
* Assist with reconciliation of pension contributions files prior to submission to pension provider.
* Be the first point of contact for pension-related queries.
* Deliver clear and timely communications to colleagues.
* Provide management information and support internal reporting needs.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in payroll administration within an office setting.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Trustworthy with confidential data and compliant with GDPR.
* A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for creating a great place to work.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with SAP payroll systems.
* Knowledge of current UK payroll legislation.
