Business Development Manager (Hybrid Glasgow) Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients; manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare tailored pitches and proposals to showcase the companys expertise and value proposition. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experience. Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver regular pipeline and performance updates to senior management. About You Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 2 years B2B sales or business development experience (property sector experience is a plus). Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with confidence in presenting at all levels. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Relationship Builder: Natural networker who can develop trust and rapport quickly.
