We’re seeking a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join their growing team as a Property Management Administrator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity - no previous experience is required as full training will be provided! The Role As a Property Management Administrator, you’ll be a key part of their property management team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your daily tasks will include: * Assisting with the administration of tenancies and maintenance requests * Communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors via phone and email * Updating and maintaining our property management systems * Supporting the team with inspections, compliance checks and documentation * Providing excellent customer service and solving problems proactively What They're Looking For They don’t require previous experience - what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
