Finance Administrator £26k May 2024 Bishopbriggs Free Parking We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis based in Bishopbriggs You will support the Finance Manager with reporting and routine / ad hoc control and processing tasks associated with month-end reporting, AP processing and payroll. Duties: • Processing purchase invoices • Matching invoices with delivery notes and raising any queries either internally or with suppliers • Proactively chasing up credits for disputed invoices • Processing twice monthly payment runs Initial Sales Ledger tasks • Emailing customer statements monthly or as required • Payroll • Assist with handling incoming phone calls Interviews will be held ASAP.
