Youll be responsible for following up on warm leads and handling both inbound and outbound inquiries, and logging them into the system. Additionally, youll maintain communication through writing detailed emails to ensure clarity and satisfaction in every customer interaction. Your personality, experience and qualifications We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable and eager to learn, as you will need to complete three weeks of in-office training. Previous experience in customer service essential, along with strong written communication and grammar skills. Some previous experience in an administrative role would be an advantage, as the position involves staying organised and maintaining strong connections with customers. While sales experience is not essential, it would be beneficial, as the role requires a consultative, soft-sell approach when engaging with customers.
