About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality classroom support across the school
- Lead whole-class sessions to cover for teachers during PPA time and subject leadership release
- Work under the direction of class teachers and SLT to deliver engaging and effective learning
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development in line with school policies
- Contribute to assessment and reporting processes
- Assist with planning and delivering small group interventions where needed
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has experience working in a primary school setting
- Is confident and capable of managing whole-class cover with creativity and professionalism
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills
- Has a flexible, proactive and team-oriented approach
