Customer Service Representative - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative II to join our collaborative team in Paisley. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be at the heart of the service lifecycle — supporting customers from first contact through to successful order fulfilment.
You’ll manage enquiries, process orders and quotations, track shipments, and resolve issues efficiently, all while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
2. Processing orders, quotations, and returns accurately and efficiently
3. Managing customer data within ERP and CRM systems
4. Tracking orders and shipments and proactively resolving issues
5. Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
8. Previous Office / customer service experience, ideally in an SSC or multinational environment.
9. Government Body award or equivalent qualification
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
11. Additional European language skills are a strong advantage
12. Confident using Microsoft Office
13. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) or CRM tools is beneficial (training provided)
14. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
15. A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities
16. A positive, collaborative team player with a professional approach
17. Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies
