Position Details
* Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary: £83 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
* Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children needing additional help.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Encourage and motivate learners to build confidence and independence.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
Requirements
* Recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting children in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
