This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of a dynamic and creative business. Key Responsibilities Photographer Scheduling: Allocate photographers to assignments based on location, skills, and availability using a bespoke scheduling system. Travel Coordination: Organise travel and accommodation for UK and international jobs, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements. Kit & Van Logistics: Manage photography equipment and van allocations, including maintenance, replacements, and thoughtful planning. DBS Compliance: Ensure all photographers maintain up-to-date enhanced DBS checks and carry the correct documentation. Team Support: Build strong working relationships with photographers and internal teams, offering clear, timely communication and support. What You'll Need Excellent organisational and planning skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations (preferred) Confidence using scheduling systems or CRMs A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Travel Requirements Due to the rural location of the office, a car and full UK driving licence are essential.
