Deputy Manager Responsibilities: Supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care. Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities including Sefton County Council. Assist in the responsibility of staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch. To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively, implementing inductions and onboarding processes. Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams. Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes. Covering on-call duties. Deputy Manager Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
