We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Head of Integrated Supply Chain
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, procurement, warehousing and inventory management.
You’ll play a key role in aligning demand, production capacity and customer service while leading operational improvement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
âś” Lead S&OP / integrated business planning processes
âś” Manage supply chain, procurement and warehouse functions
âś” Improve forecasting, stock control and service levels
âś” Develop supplier relationships and commercial performance
âś” Drive continuous improvement, automation and efficiency
âś” Deliver KPI improvements across OTIF, cost and availability
âś” Lead and develop multi-functional teams
Ideal Background:
âś” Senior supply chain leadership experience in FMCG manufacturing
âś” Strong planning, purchasing and logistics expertise
âś” Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder skills
âś” Change management and continuous improvement mindset
âś” ERP systems knowledge
âś” Calm, resilient and hands-on leadership style
