Our continued success and growth over the past number of years now necessitates the appointment of an experiencedStores Manager.Working at our head office location in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, the successful candidate will be driven and motivated with a proven track record.Working in a busy department, the role will involve:Perform roles and responsibilities of Stores Person within the Stores environment.Responsible for all aspects of stores process including: receiving of material, shelving, stock maintenance, stock counting and accuracy.Organising and planning stores departmentResponsible for processing Stores returnsResponsible for stock checking of material.Responsible for monthly stock checksResponsible for counter service; issuing materials, consumables & equipment to workshop operatives over the counter.Ensuring safe and environmentally sound working practices are adhered to.Checking goods delivered vs delivery documentation for discrepancies.Packing and preparing goods for dispatchFlexible working approachMust be computer literate and maintain stock accuracy.Fork Lift Truck license holder Monitoring returned tools & equipment
