What You'll Be Doing: As a Library Officer, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations of the library. Planning and delivering a wide range of events (e.g. author events, class visits). Supporting customers with digital services (e.g. eBooks, passport applications). Building partnerships with local organisations. Monitoring performance and ensuring service excellence. This is a temporary job-share post for six months from start date, you will be appointed to two library bases. Hours of work are listed against the available post and are a set working pattern over two weeks, please see the rota attachment at the bottom of the advert. These hours cannot be changed.
