What will you be doing?
You’ll be trained to become a true specialist in your market — speaking to candidates and clients daily, understanding industry trends, and building the relationships that drive your success.
* Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Your First Year Training Path
1. Foundations (First 6 Weeks)
How to speak to candidates, build rapport, and understand what motivates them.
2. Market Specialist
Pick a niche and learn everything about the companies, roles and trends in your space.
3. Business Development
Client meetings, sales training, relationship building — the commercial skills that drive success.
4. 360 Consultant
Manage both candidate and client sides, earn bigger commission, and celebrate your first promotion.
