An exciting, growing homecare company with significant investment is currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for their recently acquired homecare service in Poole, Dorset.
You would inherit a longstanding, highly experienced office team and a small service with a fantastic reputation for quality in the area. This company provides exceptional support in areas such as recruitment, marketing, and HR, taking all admin duties away. They are seeking an ambitious manager who they can offer development and a clear scope to progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the management of a homecare service in the BCP area.
* Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Drive the growth and development of the service, having focus on both local authority and privately funded service users.
* Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements
* Previous Registered Manager experience in Domiciliary Care or similar setting.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards.
* A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
* Great people and networking skills.
