We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage large accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, successful product adoption, and retention within the EMEA region. You will be the main contact for key customers, understanding their success criteria, addressing questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted Smartsheet advisor. Candidates should have experience with SaaS account management, maintaining high renewal rates through ongoing engagement and technical leadership.
This position is part of the Customer Success team, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success. It is based in London or remote within the UK.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless adoption and clear value communication.
* Designing and executing customer engagement strategies to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
* Acting as a Smartsheet expert and trusted advisor, helping customers overcome challenges and achieve business outcomes.
* Conducting regular Customer Success Reviews to reinforce value, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
* Developing tools, frameworks, and best practices to maximize customer value.
* Analyzing usage data to uncover insights and provide strategic guidance.
* Serving as the primary contact for high-impact situations, ensuring swift resolution.
* Collaborating with Sales and Professional Services to deliver additional value.
* Providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales to inform innovation and improve user experience.
* Meeting or exceeding performance and renewal targets.
* Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications include:
* Proven account management experience in mid- to late-stage SaaS environments.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
* Experience maintaining outcome-based relationships with diverse customers.
* Strong task management skills.
* Passion for web-based technologies and understanding Smartsheet’s benefits and technical aspects.
* Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
* Willingness to travel periodically.
* Fluency in French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
* Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
