Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
We have two part-time positions available at two schemes in Northamptonshire. A full driving license and vehicle access are required due to travel between sites.
We seek self-motivated individuals to provide intensive housing management support. Responsibilities include managing tenancies, support plans, rent monitoring, re-letting void units, and providing daily housing support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing residents' care and support needs to ensure independent tenancy maintenance.
* Providing support and activities within the scheme.
* Managing scheme budgets and needs.
* Assessing housing and support needs of clients.
* Managing scheme staff, including Caretakers or Handypersons, with guidance and supervision.
* Handling housing issues such as arrears, ASB, and repairs.
* Overseeing health, safety, and maintenance compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
* Housing sector experience.
* Passion for supporting people's goals.
* Good organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
* Experience with safeguarding vulnerable people.
* Proficient IT skills.
