My client is currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to support with holiday cover on a temporary basis in High Wbe. This is a front-facing role, ideal for someone with excellentmunication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
1. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional wee
2. Managing iing calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
3. Handling email enquiries and general administrative tasks
4. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
5. Meeting and greeting guests, issuing visitor passes, and notifying staff of arrivals
6. Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
7. Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
9. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Professional and presentable at all times
11. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
