Managing and growing a portfolio of smaller Air & Ocean freight accounts
Chasing and qualifying sales leads from multiple channels
Supporting outbound sales activity alongside a Business Development Manager
Creating sales invoices, quotes and handling sales admin
Managing LinkedIn activity and generating leads via digital platforms
Keeping CRM systems and sales records up to date
Freight Sales Account Manager Job Requirements
Sales or account management experience (Air / Ocean freight, logistics or transport preferred)
Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach
Comfortable handling admin alongside sales activity
Motivated, target-driven and keen to develop within freight forwarding

Salary £30,000 - £35,000
20% bonus on top of salary (£6-7k bonus potential)
Monday - Friday Core Hours
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working (2 days WFH) after successful 3-month probation
