As an HSE Manager, youll champion a culture of safety and compliance, protecting thier people, safeguarding the processes, and ensuring they deliver high-quality food products in a sustainable way.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies and systems across the CPU.
Assist the Sector Head of QHSE Manager in developing and supporting the CPU & delivery sites, particularly around new developments and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and HSE regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
Monitor waste management, hygiene practices, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement to meet ISO, HACCP, and industry best practices.
Partner with production and quality teams to uphold world-class food safety standards.
What Were Looking For:
HSE experience in the food processing or FMCG sector .
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and local food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and embed a safety-first culture at all levels.
