Residential & Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Windsor
Type: Full-time, Permanent | Office-Based
Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be working with Charles Coleman LLP, a long-established and highly respected law firm founded in 1951. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to longstanding clients across the surrounding counties and internationally, they are now seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing team in Windsor.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to support a Fee Earner on a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including high net worth transactions.
You will gain exposure to handling files from instruction through to post-completion (with Partner support), making this an ideal role for someone keen to further develop their technical knowledge and practical experience within a reputable firm.
Duties will include drafting legal documentation, conducting research, liaising with clients and third parties, managing deadlines, and assisting with all stages of the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ conveyancing experience (Paralegal or Conveyancing Secretary)
Experience supporting residential and commercial property transactions
Ability to manage matters from file opening through to post-completion with supervision
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about a long-term career in law
Previous experience using LEAP Legal Case Management (advantageous)

Competitive salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
