Are you an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a committed and compassionate professional to step up into a Residential Deputy Manager role at our small, well-regarded care home in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
* Lead, mentor, and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Oversee care planning, medication, and compliance with CQC standards
* Help build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in a residential care setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for delivering high standards of care
* NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 4) desirable
