🔍 The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, youll serve as the key technical advisor and trusted partner for strategic customers, ensuring successful deployment, ongoing optimisation, and long-term value realisation of their security platform.
Youll bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes, delivering exceptional support, insight, and advocacy for your accounts.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers in the UK.
* Lead onboarding, deployment guidance, and post-sales technical strategy.
* Act as a trusted advisor on security architecture and best practices.
* Drive product adoption, customer health, and long-term success.
* Liaise closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to escalate and resolve issues.
* Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
✅ About You
* Strong background in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
* 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer role.
* Confident working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
* Familiar with Network Security, firewalls, or other network security solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
