We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join our team in Armagh! Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring and measuring compliance across various departments within Tarasis Enterprises. Key Responsibilities: Ensure thorough follow up and closure of all quality related issues Monthly analysis of process gaps and report findings to the Quality and Compliance Manager Monthly compliance level analysis for various divisions within Tarasis Maintain and manage compliment/complaints, accident/incident reports ensuring each are managed within relevant time frames Review trends in complaints/quality issues and identify areas for improvement Conduct monthly audits across various departments Review operational audits and report on the Quality status of all audits completed What We're Looking For: 2 years' experience in a busy office working to tight deadlines Proficient user of MS Office Suites Ability to gather, collect and analyse data Strong verbal and written skills Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records Flexible approach to work according to the needs of the service Satisfactory Access NI check Full EU Driving Licence and access to a car Desirable Requirements: Experience in quality monitoring and auditing Experience handling complaints Previous work experience with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and attention to detail Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 *Full Job Description available on request* Tarasis Enterprises is an equal opportunity employer.
