About the programme:
A Commis Chef Apprenticeship at Lovely Pubs is perfect for school leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to start a chef career.
You will receive training in all aspects of food preparation and gain insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across the South of England.
Working in a Lovely Pubs Kitchen is exciting and challenging. With support and mentorship from a full team, you'll develop a deep understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal, and local produce. You will study one day per week at one of our college partners and receive world-class training while being paid. When not at college, you will work four days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels, mentored by a Head Chef.
