We are expanding our successful team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with ambitious individuals with 12+ months Recruitment experience to join our team. This role is to work on either our European, UK or US markets within our Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy Team.

What will I be doing?
* Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects.
* Headhunting candidates to place onto clients' projects.
* Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent.
* Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking interviews and delivering offers.
* Meeting clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees traveling to USA, Portugal, Sweden & Denmark, etc.
* Working for UK, European and US markets and potentially relocating to our global offices; relocation to our new US‑based office is possible later this year.
